following forums have had changes

announce has been made,
idea has been deleted,
VIP is now called Elite,
and a few forums have had a move about in location.

BE AWARE, this is not the last, more will be changing soon.

sounds better, VIP was't the best of names, elite on the other hand i thinnk, sounds better.
