changed the moderator and admin colours as its nice to have a change around.

moderator is now a dark redish colour.

admin is now a light blue, cyan.

well it is a bit boring seening the same colours over and over again, so i thought a change would be nice.

might be a burgandy but according to chart its a dark red.
